Western Shoshone Educational Trust Fund

To insure success with your application, make sure that you have a:

• All Students:  Fully completed Western Shoshone Educational Trust Fund Application (new student form or continuing/returning student form)

• New Applicants:  Western Shoshone Lineal Descendancy Chart with a birth certificate

• New Applicants:  High School Transcripts (Diploma or GED certificate of completion) or college transcript if already in college

• New Applicants:  Acceptance letter or documentation to an accredited higher education or institution/certified vocational school program

• Continuing Applicants:  Copy of transcripts with grades and term GPA for the most current semester

• Continuing Applicants:  Copy of class schedule for the upcoming semester
